Release Notes 34.11.3

New features and enhancements#

Strengthened platform security with infrastructure and system updates#

#KR-10407, #KR-10379, #enhancement, #security, #CVE

We’ve implemented a series of security improvements to better protect the platform and our clients. This includes upgrading system components, updating underlying technologies, and switching to a more secure Docker environment to address known vulnerabilities (CVEs).

These updates help reduce potential security risks, improve overall system reliability, and ensure the platform continues to meet modern security standards—without impacting day-to-day usage or performance.

Improved webchat launcher accessibility#

#KR-10434, #enhancement, #webchat

We’ve made the webchat button easier to use for everyone, including people using screen readers or keyboard navigation. The launcher is now built as a proper button (instead of a generic element), so it can be selected and clicked more easily. We’ve also added accessibility labels to help assistive tools understand what the button does.

Upgraded Azure storage integration for improved reliability and security#

#enhancement, #azure-storage, #file-upload

We’ve upgraded how the platform handles file storage by moving to a newer and more secure Azure storage system. This update improves how files are uploaded and managed behind the scenes, making the process more stable and reducing the chance of errors.

It also enhances security by supporting more modern authentication methods and removes outdated components, ensuring the platform stays aligned with current best practices. Overall, this results in a more reliable and secure experience without any changes to how users interact with the system.
