New features and enhancements
Enhancement: Support for More Colors in Customize Chat Tags
#86eun4nkx, #enhancement
#livechat, #queue, #setting #handover
Previously, administrators were limited to configuring chat tags with basic colors such as red, yellow, green, and blue. This colour-coding feature helped agents easily identify and prioritize chats in the live chat queue.
With this new enhancement, administrators can now configure additional colors, including pink, purple, orange, and others. This expanded color palette allows for greater customization and further improves chat visibility and organization, enabling agents to quickly detect and prioritize chats based on the color-coded tags in the queue.
The setting can be accessed in Settings/Handover/Customise Chat Tag Color

Support for Named Parameters in WhatsApp Template Messages
Support for Named Parameters in WhatsApp Template Messages
#86erkn18q, #enhancement
#whatsapp, #template
Previously, WhatsApp template messages only supported positional parameters (e.g., {{1}}, {{2}}), which often caused confusion among business users reviewing or creating templates.
With the latest Graph API update, named parameters (e.g., {{clinic_name}}) are now supported via the parameter_format field.
This enhancement introduces and adopts named parameters within our platform, allowing clients to clearly identify and manage variables by name. This improvement enhances template readability, reduces user confusion, and simplifies integration workflows by enabling systems to reference variables more intuitively.

Support for Dynamic Link Variables in WhatsApp Module
#86erygjhe, #enhancement
#whatsapp, #template, #dynamic-link
Meta’s latest update requires example variable placeholders for dynamic URLs in WhatsApp templates. Without these placeholders, businesses may encounter issues when creating or submitting templates.
This enhancement updates the dashboard to fully support dynamic link variables, ensuring compatibility with Meta’s new requirements. It prevents potential disruptions and allows businesses to seamlessly create and manage templates containing dynamic URLs.
Enhanced Descriptions for Access Control Modules
#86eu9f0k9, #enhancement
#access-control
The current Access Modules tab lacks clear explanations of each module’s functionality, making it difficult for administrators to assign roles accurately based on specific module requirements.
This enhancement introduces:
- Hover tooltips: Display concise descriptions when users hover over a module name, improving clarity and usability.
- Glossary tab: A dedicated section providing detailed descriptions of all access control modules, helping users better understand permissions and role configurations.

Key Enhancements:
- Optimized Layout: Consolidated interface elements into a single-row format to create more space for conversations and essential actions.
- Unified Status Indicators: All seven indicators—Queue, Resolved, Abandoned, Monitor, Server, Online Agent Count, and Agent Status—are now displayed in one efficient row for quicker status overview.
- On-Demand Search Functionality: Search bars now appear only when activated via the search icon, freeing up workspace and minimizing distractions.
- Improved User Profile Display: Expanded profile view to show at least four key fields above the fold, reducing scrolling and improving access to user information.(Configurable via Settings → Modules → Handover → Custom User Profile Fields.)
- Redesigned Tags System: Tags have been moved to a dedicated side tab, eliminating horizontal space consumption and improving layout flexibility.
- Streamlined Action Buttons:
- “Start Conversation” relocated beside User ID for a cleaner layout.
- “Next Chat” button enables instant retrieval of the next available unassigned chat.
- “Enable Notification” accessible directly via the three-dot menu within the module.
