Enhancement: Added pop-up URL option for content nodes#

Content nodes can now be configured to open a URL in a popup window, in addition to the existing option to open a new browser tab. This allows clients to direct end users to websites with embedded webchat in a pop-up for a more seamless experience without leaving the current page.
Feature: WhatsApp retry mechanism for failed outbound messages across Content Nodes, Live Chat, and Template Messages#

Introduced a retry mechanism for the WhatsApp channel to improve message delivery reliability and provide more accurate delivery status visibility. Previously, when errors such as eConnect Timeout or Message Undeliverable occurred, outbound messages could still appear in monitoring, creating the false impression that the message had been successfully sent even though delivery had actually failed.
With this update, failed WhatsApp messages can now be retried automatically within configured retry limits. The system records retry-related information in the message status, including the number of retry attempts and the error details encountered during each attempt. If automatic retries are exhausted, dashboard users can manually retry failed messages from the Live Chat module. For bot sessions, messages that still fail after all retry attempts will be marked as failed.
To ensure better data accuracy, failed messages that do not succeed after all retry attempts will no longer be stored as successfully delivered interactions in the database. This enhancement helps reduce false delivery perception, improves operational visibility for support teams, and increases the reliability of outbound WhatsApp communication.
