In previous versions, certain fields in the form module configuration were hidden to prevent accidental misconfigurations due to their advanced nature. However, based on valuable customer feedback, we have unhid these fields in this update. This feature is now accessible, allowing users to customize their forms more effectively and take full advantage of the advanced configuration options available.

To meet the growing demand for displaying more information in the Analytics view, we have expanded the PowerBI settings. Previously, clients could configure up to 8 tabs for viewing data. With this enhancement, we now support up to 12 slots, allowing agents to configure additional tabs and present more comprehensive data in the Analytics view. This update ensures that clients can access and manage a wider range of information efficiently.

In KeyReply Version 3, we introduced GenAI, a powerful feature that enables seamless integration with advanced AI models such as OpenAI and Meta, enhancing the accuracy of responses by leveraging your Knowledge Base. As part of this enhancement, we have made several updates to improve user experience and functionality:

• Fixed issue where long text or queries were cut off in the GenAI Preview widget.

• Updated the auto-expand input functionality for smoother interaction.

• Added the ability to configure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in the persona settings.

• Enhanced the UI of the Knowledge Base for easier management.

• Removed default tags to provide more flexible configuration.

These updates make it even easier to use GenAI, offering improved accuracy and a better overall experience for your customers.
