The Widget module in our dashboard allows you to customize and preview your widget. Previously, when you clicked the “Open in new tab” button, the widget would load with the default app source. With this enhancement, the “Open in new tab” button now automatically loads the widget with the app source you’ve selected, providing a seamless preview experience directly in the new tab.

Quick Reply Setting Now Visible in Content Node

In the past, the Quick Reply button display mode for each content node was a hidden feature accessible only in Advanced Mode. With this new enhancement, any agent with permission to edit content nodes can now easily view and modify the Quick Reply button display settings, making it more accessible and easier to customize for all users.

The Maker-Checker feature in our dashboard allows admins to review and approve or reject changes. Previously, changes like condition updates or value modifications weren’t clearly highlighted, making it difficult to track the adjustments. With this new version, we’ve enhanced the feature to visibly highlight the changes made, providing a clearer view for admins when reviewing updates. This improvement makes it easier to identify and evaluate the changes before approval or rejection.

WA Module Improvements - Search by end User Phone Number and Template Messages

we have further improved the WhatsApp module's Message Status with:

• Search by end recipient's phone number (AND)
• Search by Template Message

In order for the team to verify this, they would need to extract the report for that day and search within the report itself. They would like to eliminate this pain point by being able to search via the module directly.
