New Option to Enable/Disable Draggable Widget Feature

In this update, we’ve introduced a new configuration option for the draggable widget feature in the WebChat settings. Previously, the widget was embedded on the dashboard and could be dragged, which sometimes caused inconvenience for end-users. With this enhancement, admins can now choose to enable or disable the draggable feature. By default, the draggable option will be disabled, and admins can enable it in the Settings > WebChat section according to their preference. This gives more control over the user experience and customization of the widget.

On-going Chat Tab with pagination

In this enhancement, we’ve improved the Ongoing Chat Tab by introducing pagination. Previously, the tab could only display up to 50 active chats, limiting the number of ongoing conversations that could be viewed. With this update, pagination has been added, allowing the tab to support an unlimited number of active chats, making it easier to manage and engage with more end users. This change ensures that you can efficiently support an increasing number of clients without any limitations on the number of chats shown in the ongoing tab.

GenAI Enhancements for Improved Usability and Performance

In this update, we’ve introduced several small but impactful enhancements to GenAI, making it even easier to use and more efficient. These improvements include bug fixes and new features designed to enhance the overall experience:

• Search Persona by Name or ID: You can now search for personas more efficiently using either their name or ID.
• Access Control for Knowledge Base and Persona Edit Rights: We’ve added granular access control, allowing administrators to manage edit rights for both the Knowledge Base and personas.
• Fixes for GenAI Website Scraping: Issues with GenAI’s website scraping functionality have been resolved, ensuring smoother data retrieval.
• Fix Persona Configuration Updates: Configuration updates to personas are now properly reflected across all sources.
• Increase Document Limit per Page in Knowledge Base: The document limit per page in the Knowledge Base has been increased, making it easier to manage larger sets of data.
