Upgrade GraphAPI to version 22

Following Meta’s update and the deprecation of Graph API version 18, we have upgraded our system to support the latest Graph API version 22. This upgrade ensures uninterrupted WhatsApp live chat support for all clients using WhatsApp in our system, maintaining seamless and reliable communication capabilities.
