Following the initial release of the “Read More” feature—which truncates lengthy bot messages and allows users to expand and view full content without disrupting conversation flow or causing excessive scrolling—KeyReply has further enhanced this functionality based on user feedback.
The new Response Truncation Settings, available under Settings > WebChat, provide administrators with greater control and flexibility. Admins can now easily enable or disable the truncation feature and configure the truncation threshold by specifying the maximum number of characters displayed before truncation occurs. This improved configurability ensures a better user experience by balancing message clarity and conversation flow.
Analytics Enhancement: Inclusion of Gen AI Responses in Thumbs Up/Down Rating Data

To improve insight accuracy, we have enhanced the thumbs up/down rating feature to now include Gen AI-generated responses in the collected rating data. This allows client feedback on AI responses to be captured and analyzed within the analytics dashboard, enabling more comprehensive evaluation of Gen AI performance.
