Previously, actions were included as links in the template content, requiring users to click through. With this update, actions like rescheduling or canceling appointments can be handled via Quick Reply buttons, allowing users to take action more quickly. This improvement enhances the overall user experience (UX) by making interactions smoother and more intuitive.

In the Website section of the Knowledge Base, KeyReply has introduced an automated content refresh feature. Instead of manually triggering a re-scrape, users can now schedule automatic updates to fetch the latest content from websites daily, weekly, monthly, or on custom dates. This enhancement ensures that your GenAI Knowledge Base stays current and accurate with minimal manual effort.
