This enhancement introduces a more refined approach to filtering monitor chats by adding date-based filtering functionality. Previously, the search logic retrieved chats based on the latest update within the selected date range, potentially missing conversations that had activity before the last update. With the new enhancement, chats are now fetched based on whether they contain messages within the specified date range, ensuring that all relevant conversations are included in the search results. This improvement provides a more accurate and comprehensive view of the chats, offering users better results when reviewing conversations within a specific time frame.
Revise Persona Details Storage to General Cache Manager for Immediate Updates

Today, when someone updates a persona (for example, changing its tone or prompt settings), the change does not always show up immediately in conversations. This can cause the assistant to still respond using the old settings until extra steps are taken, which is confusing and risky for smooth customer flows.
With this improvement, persona updates will be applied right away without requiring any manual action. If an agent edits a persona, the system will automatically refresh the information in the background so that the new version is used immediately in responses.
This ensures:
- Consistency – customers always get the latest version of the persona.
- Simplicity – no need for extra steps from users or admins.
- Better control – any adjustments made to a persona’s behavior or tone take effect instantly.
In short, this change makes persona management faster, more reliable, and easier for both internal teams and end users.
