Enhancement: Auto-Offline Agent Status After Inactivity

We are extending the existing Keep Agent Status Online feature with a safeguard to prevent agents from remaining online indefinitely if they forget to log out.

The enhancement introduces an auto-offline mechanism:

• Agents will be automatically set to offline after X hours of inactivity.
• The value of X should be configurable.
• Any user interaction (e.g., sending/receiving messages, dashboard activity) should reset the inactivity timer.

This update ensures better accuracy of live chat availability, prevents ghost online statuses, and improves overall agent management.

Bug fix

• [#86eubku2w] Fixed the issue where the “Updated By” field in the Knowledge Base showed N/A when updating or uploading new documents.
