Enhancement: Support for More Colors in Customize Chat Tags

Previously, administrators were limited to configuring chat tags with basic colors such as red, yellow, green, and blue. This colour-coding feature helped agents easily identify and prioritize chats in the live chat queue.
With this new enhancement, administrators can now configure additional colors, including pink, purple, orange, and others. This expanded color palette allows for greater customization and further improves chat visibility and organization, enabling agents to quickly detect and prioritize chats based on the color-coded tags in the queue.
The setting can be accessed in Settings/Handover/Customise Chat Tag Color

Enhancement: Optimize GenAI Request History Storage to Improve Visitor Tab Loading Speed

Previously, every GenAI request made by end users was stored in full, including all request messages within each chat session. Over time, this caused slower loading performance on the Visitor tab, especially for accounts with a large number of sessions and extensive GenAI request histories.
With this enhancement, administrators can now configure a limit on the number of GenAI request history records to be saved under Settings → GenAI. By reducing the stored history, the system can significantly improve Visitor tab loading speed and overall performance.
